Information Technology Operations Manager

Job Title: Manager- IT Operations

Employment Type : Permanent

Location: Toronto

Ideal Compensation: $110- $115 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid: 3 days Onsite

Must haves:

• 5–7 years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years in a Supervisory or managerial role
• Strong infrastructure background (Windows, Active Directory, networking, cloud)
• Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems
• Responsible for supporting critical IT systems
• Ability to work across multiple areas, including networking, servers, cloud platforms, and security
• Comfortable working closely with application teams, security teams, and business stakeholders
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to resolve incidents quickly, reduce downtime, and meet SLAs
