Senior IT Security Program Manager
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead our client's ongoing Securing Program. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with a strong
governance.
You should be experienced in both classical and agile management & delivery methodologies, be well structured and keenly focused on delivery.
Working Location: Olten or Lausanne
Main Responsibilities:
Develop roadmaps, project charters and detailed delivery plans
Initiate project setup and manage them through phase gates
Coordinate and deliver projects on time, within budget and in scope, owning the full project
life cycle from initiation to delivery
Motivates the team and creates a positive project atmosphere to achieve the deliverables
