WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager , ideally in the insurance sector
Hands-on experience with project management tools : Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project/Office, Power BI
Strong organizational, analytical, and soft skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration
Excellent English (verbal and written), French is considered a plus.
Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, curious and collaborative

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support the coordination of multiple IT projects , ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
Assist in the implementation of PMO best practices , templates, and reporting systems
Work closely with project managers and IT teams to maintain dashboards, trackers, and communications
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and project quality
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring smooth collaboration
