WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager , ideally in the insurance sector
- Hands-on experience with project management tools : Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project/Office, Power BI
- Strong organizational, analytical, and soft skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration
- Excellent English (verbal and written), French is considered a plus.
- Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, curious and collaborative
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support the coordination of multiple IT projects , ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Assist in the implementation of PMO best practices , templates, and reporting systems
- Work closely with project managers and IT teams to maintain dashboards, trackers, and communications
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and project quality
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring smooth collaboration
