WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager , ideally in the insurance sector
• Hands-on experience with project management tools : Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project/Office, Power BI
• Strong organizational, analytical, and soft skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration
• Excellent English (verbal and written), French is considered a plus.
• Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, curious and collaborative

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support the coordination of multiple IT projects , ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Assist in the implementation of PMO best practices , templates, and reporting systems
• Work closely with project managers and IT teams to maintain dashboards, trackers, and communications
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and project quality
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring smooth collaboration
