Information Technology Project Manager

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Job Summary

The IT Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role involves managing cross-functional global teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technology platforms including SAP, Microsoft technologies, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple IT projects across the full lifecycle
• Define project scope, goals, success criteria, timelines, and budgets
• Manage stakeholders, senior leadership, vendors, and global teams
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical paths
• Control scope changes and implement mitigation and contingency plans
• Prepare and present status reports, documentation, and post-project reviews
• Coach and mentor team members; ensure accountability and performance
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and delivery
• Act as product manager for multiple related solutions
• Ensure compliance with data regulations, export controls, and IP policies

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in SAP ECC 6 (Product & Project Systems, Sales, CS, Master Data)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Experience with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, RPA, and AI technologies
• Strong project governance, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with C-suite and technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a global, multicultural environment

Mandatory Requirements

• Full lifecycle implementation experience in minimum 2 SaaS/Bespoke projects
• Agile/Scrum and/or Project Management certification
