Information Technology Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely delivery.
- Technical & Operational Expertise
- Implement and integrate airline systems (check-in, boarding, baggage handling, messaging) with DCS, CUTE, APIS, BRS, AODB.
- Drive process improvements to optimize system performance and enhance passenger experience.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry guidelines.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans proactively.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly and escalate as needed.
