Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Information Technology Project Manager** to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This position is on-site 5 days a week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Project Lifecycle Management: Oversees all phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
+ Strategy and Planning: Defines project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria; develops detailed project plans and schedules (critical path).
+ Resource & Budget Management: Allocates resources, manages budgets, and adjusts plans as necessary.
+ Risk & Issue Management: Identifies potential project crises, develops contingency plans, and mitigates risks.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Serves as a liaison, preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management.
+ Team Leadership: Mentors lower-level project managers and leads cross-functional teams.
