Manage the full recruitment life cycle for international clients
Focus on contract staffing in the EU / UK / INDIA region Source talent using RPS, job boards, internal tools, and referrals
Pre-screen candidates for international fit (skills, experience, culture)
Coordinate interview schedules across time zones
Ensure timely follow-up on Interview schedules
Support offer negotiations and onboarding
