The Role

As our IT Recruiter, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for technical positions. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates in a competitive market.

What you'll do:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for software development, infrastructure, and other technical roles
  • Write compelling job descriptions and manage postings across multiple platforms
  • Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs
  • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events
