Job Description
What you’ll do:
● Partner with hiring managers and business team to understand technical hiring requirements.
● Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination,
feedback, and closures.
● Drive core headhunting initiatives for niche, senior, and hard-to-find technical roles across
projects..
● Collaborate with onboarding and HR teams to ensure smooth candidate transition post-offer..
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for ongoing and future hiring needs.
What We’re Looking For:
● 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
● Proven experience in core headhunting for niche, senior, and hard-to-find technical roles.
