We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to support hiring for mid to senior-level IT positions within a manufacturing and regulated environment . The role involves working closely with IT and Digital stakeholders to deliver quality talent across infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and IT operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including:
  • Cybersecurity (GRC, Technical Security)
  • Server, Cloud, Network & Digital Workplace
  • Digital Applications & Program Management
  • IT Operations (GxP / regulated environments)
  • Understand job requirements and conduct initial technical screening .
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, job portals, and referrals .
