Business Development Executive / Manager – IT Sale.

Location - Ahmedabad (On-site) / Hybrid

Experience - 2–6 years in IT Sales / Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

Generate new business for IT services including
Website Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, AI, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.

Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → requirement understanding → proposal → negotiation → closure.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Ensure advance payments and milestone-based billing.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Self-generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, Upwork/Fiverr, networking, and referrals.

Handle inbound leads and convert them into paying clients.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Handling

Communicate IT solutions clearly to non-technical clients.
