About the Role
As a IT Sales-Account Manager, you will be part of Atomic North’s IT operation team, supporting enterprise users across North America.
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Sales-Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have deep, hands-on Configure accurate and timely quotations for IT hardware and software focusing on Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Microsoft (M365 and Azure) and Lenovo. You will be responsible for Maximize efficiency by providing prompt and exceptional sales support to Clients and Sales Managers based in Canada.

Technical Skills
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Minimum 8+Years Experience only in IT-Sales
- Ideally working for a Value-added reseller.
- Need exposure to products from Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Microsoft (M365 and Azure) and Lenovo
- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Maximize efficiency by providing prompt and exceptional sales support to Clients and Sales Managers based in Canada.
- Understand customer IT requirements and offer appropriate value-added services.
- Configure accurate and timely quotations for IT hardware and software focusing on Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Microsoft (M365 and Azure) and Lenovo
- Acquire special bid pricing from vendors for larger opportunities and register opportunities
- Process orders with various distribution vendors such as Synnex, Ingram Micro, Tech Data
- Liaise with the accounting department to ensure accuracy of invoicing to clients Request
- Attend vendor sales and training seminars to enhance product knowledge and complete vendor sales certifications
- Manage backend vendor rebates
- Coordinate product delivery logistics for customers and internal requirements
- Liaison with Administrative, Technical and Operations departments to ensure successful and timely resolution of client demands.
- Create and assign Service Requests to appropriate teams
- Audit Service Requests to ensure all invoicing information is provided to the Accounting department
- Develop relationships with various Data and Telephony Providers; such as: Bell, Telus etc.
- Perform Return Material Authorization with Distributors and various Manufacturers
- Achieve client loyalty by ensuring complete problem discovery, investigation and resolution of all concerns
