Job Description
The Information Security Policy Administrator / Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and enforcing the organization's information security framework. This role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems by establishing security policies, implementing IT security controls, managing identity and access, protecting infrastructure, and mitigating cybersecurity threats across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Information Security Governance & Policy
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of security policies based on risk assessments and emerging threats.
- Ensure organization-wide awareness and compliance with security policies.
