The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to meet the needs and expectations of customers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency within the organization. With 15-20 years of experience and at a mid-management level, this role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and support, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Strong experience in infrastructure management with working knowledge of basic application-level support
- Hands-on exposure to application support, incident management, and managing upgrades
- Prior experience working in a GCC (Global Capability Center) environment is mandatory
