Job Description
Noldith is seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of IT solutions for our clients. This role will also take on key responsibilities related to project management and business development, ensuring seamless project execution and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Solutions & Architecture:
Design and implement scalable IT solutions aligned with client needs.Develop cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies and other platforms.Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization.Provide technical leadership for IT projects and client engagements. Project Management (IT Services):
Oversee IT project execution from initiation to completion.Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders.Monitor project risks, quality, and progress to ensure on-time delivery. Sales & Business Development:
Identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies for IT services.Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.Assist in developing proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations.Foster relationships with potential clients and government agencies for contract acquisitions. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT architecture, project management, or salesStrong expertise in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurityExperience working with Microsoft solutions (Azure, M, Dynamics , etc.)Ability to manage IT projects from inception to executionExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, M, or Dynamics )Experience with government contracting and proposal writingStrong business development and client management experience
