Job Description
Role: IT Specialist – IAM
Location: Gurgaon (Corporate Office)
Employment Type: Permanent
You will be part of the Global Identity & Access Management Team, responsible for managing and supporting authentication systems such as Azure AD, ADFS, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and related IAM tools.
This role involves a 16×5 shift environment (morning/evening shifts) and occasional on-call support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Azure AD, ADFS, AD, LDAP directories
- Handle Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO (SAML/OAuth/OIDC)
- Troubleshoot IAM incidents and ensure quick service restoration
- Respond to SIEM alerts and security events
- Maintain IAM documentation
- Support global users across multiple regions
Required Experience:
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM / Authentication & Access Management
- Strong experience in Azure AD, ADFS, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect
- Experience with MFA, Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, App Proxy
- Power Shell / Python scripting
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
