Summary About the Position: This position is with the DoDEA Information Technology Division's Global Operations Branch located at Sembach, Germany. Federal employees in Sembach, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation position. Responsibilities Daily operation and performance monitoring of server systems, mass storage technologies, data protection, e-mail flow, database replication and client access experience. Initial investigation of operational anomalies or challenges. Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of all Identity and Access Management Services. Manages accounts, network rights and access to systems and equipment. Implements standard corrective measures, as such are available, to resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
