Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Part Time, 4 visits/months, above 2 hrs/visit)

1.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide first-level support for employee-reported IT issues, including but not limited to:
  • Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting
    (Windows/macOS, hardware/software issues)
  • Printer and peripheral device setup and problem resolution
  • Wi-Fi and network connectivity assistance
  • Proactively troubleshoot and maintain Audio-Visual (AV) and conference room equipment
    to ensure functionality for meetings and presentations.

2.
On-Site Support & Maintenance

  • Conduct
    regular on-site checks of conference room AV equipment
    (minimum 4 visits per month, with each session lasting at least 2 hours) to perform preventive maintenance, testing, and immediate issue resolution.
  • Assist with
    employee device returns and shipping coordination
    as needed.
