Information Technology Strategy Manager

We are hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – IT Outsourcing, Strategy and Governance for a BFSI client of ours.

Role Overview

This role will lead IT outsourcing governance, technology risk, network operations, and resilience frameworks in a regulated BFSI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern IT outsourcing strategy, vendor performance, and RBI compliance
• Lead vendor risk assessments, assurance testing, and audit closures (ITRA, IS, internal/statutory)
• Oversee enterprise network architecture and operations
• Drive cybersecurity risk management, VAPT coordination, and IT risk assurance
• Govern Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy, including DR drills and RTO/RPO adherence
