Job Summary The Information Technology Student Assistant works within Information Technology Customer Services (ITCS). The Information Technology Student Assistant is responsible for providing customer-facing support for microcomputers, classroom technologies, telephony, technology accounts, and related technologies for students, faculty, and staff on the main campus and the regional campus centers. This role works in a team environment with administrators, faculty, staff, and students in a daily problem-solving manner to implement solutions for addressing a wide variety of technology-related needs.
