Job Description

You’ll provide functional support for IFS ERP , especially in Financials and HR modules, and collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Support ERP and business systems across domains (CRM, HR/FIN, PLM, RPA, TMS, etc.)
  • Monitor and manage support tickets via Service Desk+
  • Collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and end-user training
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to major incident management efforts


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with IFS Applications as a Functional Support Consultant or Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of IFS Financials module
  • Experience with IFS HR module is a plus
