Job Description
You’ll provide functional support for IFS ERP , especially in Financials and HR modules, and collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Support ERP and business systems across domains (CRM, HR/FIN, PLM, RPA, TMS, etc.)
Monitor and manage support tickets via Service Desk+
Collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions
Participate in testing, documentation, and end-user training
Drive process improvements and contribute to major incident management efforts
Qualifications 5+ years of experience with IFS Applications as a Functional Support Consultant or Business Analyst Strong understanding of IFS Financials module Experience with IFS HR module is a plus Knowledge of financial processes in a multinational manufacturing environment
