Job Description
You'll provide functional support for QAD ERP, especially in Financials modules, and collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Support ERP and business systems across domains (Financials in SE & EE version, Reporting Framework, Progress4GL, Browses, etc.)
Monitor and manage support tickets via Service Desk+
Collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions
Participate in testing, documentation, and end-user training
Drive process improvements and contribute to major incident management efforts
Requirements
5+ years of Experience working with QAD Application as Functional support Consultant or Business Analyst
Strong understanding of QAD financials module for both SE & EE version.
Understanding of Financial processes, preferably in Multinational Manufacturing Organisation
