Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with strong technical troubleshooting skills and end-user support experience. This role focuses on providing day-to-day operational support for Simulator, Dyno, Rig, and associated IT systems, acting as an escalation point from 1st Line and working closely with 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineers.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-performance, time-critical environment, with a strong interest in progressing toward a future 3rd Line Infrastructure or Specialist role.
