We are looking for a candidate to perform IT support at our customers offices in Santiago.
This is a contract position, and to be paid in USD per hour/day.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting the customers' desktop or laptop computers, and to also resolve our customers' technical issues amongst users.
This is onsite work (not remote) and will need to be done during working hours at the customer premises near Santiago.
Responsibilities
Reproduce customer environment and run tests
Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware as well as basic network troubleshooting.
Must have:
Local nationality or authorization to work in Santiago
2+ years' of technical support experience
Must live in or close to Santiago
Customer service oriented
Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
