Role: End User Support Engineer – L1
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced End User Support Engineer (L1) to provide first-level technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or on-site support
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other standard enterprise applications
Handle user account management (password resets, access requests) using Active Directory
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per defined SLAs
