Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to provide high-quality desktop support while also assisting with local data centre and infrastructure operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to end users, takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
You will support both local office users and regional teams, while ensuring IT operations align with global standards, policies, and procedures.

Set up, configure, and maintain Windows desktop environments, including hardware, software, security patches, and system health monitoring in line with global IT standards.
