Engineer IT Support

In this role you will be responsible to provide hands-on technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure smooth IT operations. The role focuses on minimizing downtime and enhancing employee productivity through reliable and responsive support.


Your job:

  • Provide onsite support for end-user hardware and local software, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with HQ and global IT teams to escalate complex issues and support IT projects and initiatives.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate records, adequate stock levels, and compliance
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and tracking of IT equipment and materials.


Your qualification:

  • 3-5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with proven experience in an onsite technical support role.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Windows operating systems, MS Office 365 apps and business applications, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
