Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring an On-site IT Support Engineer (Backfill) to cover FTE unavailability on 2 days per week at our Madrid site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support and desktop assistance
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Support end users with system and application problems
  • Handle installations, configurations, and replacements
  • Follow IT support processes and documentation


Contract Details:

  • City/Country: Madrid, Spain
  • Work Mode: On-site
  • Work Days: 2 days per week


Note: Minimum 6 months commitment required
