Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Role Summary
The IT Support Specialist is the backbone of our daily operations. You will be the go-to person for all onsite employees, ensuring their hardware, software, and connectivity tools are functioning perfectly. Your mission is to minimize downtime and provide seamless technical support so the team can focus on what they do best.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Support: Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals (monitors, keyboards, docking stations).
Mobile & Telephony: Manage company mobile devices and VoIP systems, ensuring employees stay connected.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows/macOS, MS 365, and proprietary internal systems.
Network Maintenance: Assist in monitoring onsite Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity to ensure stable high-speed access.
