Position Overview
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, the IT Support Technician will play a key role in delivering high-touch, responsive IT support. This role is the first point of contact for IT support and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, is service-oriented, and communicates clearly with users at all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of support quality and collaborates effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritise, and respond to onsite and remote IT support requests with urgency, including off-hours support when required
- Serve as a lead support contact for the Mumbai offices
