Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Kochi, for an Information Technology System Engineer at VPS Lakeshore Hospital. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, resolving system issues through troubleshooting, and maintaining various administrative functions, including network and system management. The Information Technology System Engineer will play an integral role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the hospital's technological systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience- 7-10 years in Information Technology and experience with System Administration
- Technical expertise in Network Administration and related processes
- Proficient in diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues
- Experienced in delivering efficient Technical Support for IT systems
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with hospital systems and healthcare IT infrastructure is an advantage
- Relevant certifications in IT systems or network administration (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are preferred
