Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Experience : 3-5 Years

Mandatory skills : Technical support on Windows OS/ MacOS, Fortigate or Sophos, good knowledge on cyber security.

IT Infrastructure & System Support

• Provide technical support for Windows OS , macOS , Linux/Ubuntu
• Administer Microsoft 365 services — Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, user accounts, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot and manage Fortigate or Sophos Firewalls , including VPNs, security policies, and logs.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, and Windows Server .
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration .
• Experience with Fortigate or Sophos firewalls .
• 1–2 years experience in cybersecurity compliance, ISMS operations, or incident response.
• Understanding of data protection concepts (GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001 or similar).
• Good knowledge of networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills to support and coordinate effectively with Onshore users.
