Overview
The Opportunity: Kent is seeking an experienced Offshore Desktop Support Technician to join our team during the hook-up and commissioning of a new offshore asset. This FIFO role offers hands-on IT support across desktop systems, applications, and hardware, acting as the first point of contact for technical issues. You’ll provide frontline troubleshooting, escalate complex matters, and collaborate with our Digital Services team to drive system improvements. A background in enterprise IT support and ideally oil & gas experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
