Role Description

Support the implementation of global, regional, and local projects.Monitor the lifecycle of local and regional IT assets, ensuring availability, compliance, ongoing support, and appropriate security controls.

Manage local IT equipment (PCs, peripherals), including issuance, returns, and disposals, in accordance with asset policies.

Maintain service records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

Provide solutions to our internal clients (Service Desk).
