<p><p><b>Description:</b><br/><br/>Role Overview.<br/><br/>The Team Lead will build, manage, and drive a high-performing team of recruitment sales consultants focused on selling CyberforceHQ (https://cyberforcehq.com/en-US/home) to healthcare, IT and cybersecurity clients.<br/><br/>This role requires someone who has already sold recruitment solutions (RaaS, staffing services, talent consulting, project-based hiring, etc.) and can manage everything from lead generation to closure.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Lead and manage a team of 6 junior recruitment sales consultants.<br/><br/>- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting pitching demos negotiation closure.<br/><br/>- Sell CyberforceHQ's recruitment tech solutions to healthcare, IT, and cybersecurity clients.<br/><br/>- Generate leads through LinkedIn, outbound channels, col...
