Skill: Oracle Exadata DMA
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 9 to 12 Years
+ Install and configure Oracle Database software on Exadata/ExaCC and on premises
+ Set up Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery.
+ Create and manage database instances, schemas, tablespaces, and users.
+ Perform regular database backups and recovery using RMAN.
+ Apply patches and upgrades to Oracle databases on Exadata/ExaCC and on premises
+ Monitor database performance using tools like AWR, ADDM, and OEM.
+ Optimize SQL queries and database structures for efficiency.
+ Implement database security policies, roles, and privileges.
+ Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Diagnose and resolve database-related issues.
+ Provide 24x7 support for production environments. Develop scripts for database maintenance tasks using PL/SQL, Shell scripting.
+ Familiarity with **performance tuning** and **capacity planning** .
+ Experience with **Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)** .
+ Good knowledge of **Linux, Unix, Windows and Cloud** (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure **) environments** .
+ Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
+ Knowledge of **Oracle Goldengate** for replication.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
+ Good communication and collaboration skill.
