Job Description
- Part of the CapitaLand Infra Operation team to provide support for all activities related to Server infrastructure and cloud platform.
- Work with CapitaLand IT project teams, vendors, and management to ensure a smooth and secured running of Cloud network services.
- Responsible for driving preventative maintenance and root cause identification.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of design, deployment, operation and management of key systems; Privileged Account Management (PAM) Solution (Cyberark), IT Service Management (ITSM) Solution (SMAX, ServiceNow), Security and Compliance Solution (Qualys) and Cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate within the team to improve the operational automation for infrastructure operation works.
- Engage users and stakeholders to proactively fulfill their business needs.
