Infrared Test Manager

Essential Duties:Lead a diverse multidisciplinary team in successfully characterizing component sensors and EOIR cameras for R&D prototypes and products. Serve as the interface with other key business functions. Define and set the standard for all test activities across the business. Foster a team and expertise comprising of a variety of competencies ranging from cryogenic device evaluation, radiometric measurement, imaging camera functionality, and statistical data analysis. This group is responsible for the assessment of performance quality, screening and product evaluation. Identify metrics to drive improvement, innovation, and nurture the best talent, hone the best practices, and lead industry capability.
