Position Purpose

: The purpose of this position is to provide support within the Information Technology department with systems, database and application administration.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Design and administrator network infrastructure.
  • Deploy and support various server-based operations systems including VMware, vSphere and Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Manage and monitor Windows Servers.
  • Manage and maintain Remote Desktop Services.
  • Assist Applications Administrator with applications that are deployed with RDS.
  • Manage and monitor SAN infrastructure.
  • Manage and monitor data communication lines.
  • Participate in a group testing and develop disaster recovery plans to detect faults, minimize malfunctions and backup systems.
