**Infrastructure Administrator**
**Main Activities and Responsabilities**:
- Manage and maintain the company´s network infrastructure and servers, ensuring operation and optimal performance.
- Microsoft install, configure, troubleshooting MS Office 365 System Admin and all components.
- Implement and provide technical support end-users, resolving software and hardware issues.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams in Cloud Azure, Citrix and Active Directory.
- Manage Network Security, compliance and corporate policies.
- SonicWall Network Security administration (Firewalls).
- Analyze Global IT processes and Automation projects.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
- Manage and troubleshoot global ticket system (OTRS)
- Diagram or mapping end-to-end solutions.
- Perform systems analysis and support user’s projects initiatives.
- Automation processes (RPA and Power Automate)
**Your Profile**:
- Software or Systems Engineer
- B2 English
- Analystics, with network knowledge.
- Infraesructure and Network trobleshooting
Familiarity with Agile methodologies JIRA, Scrum, etc.
Responsible, proactive and reliable.
Skillfull handling Hardware and Software.
Automation Knowledgment RPA and Power Automate.
Microsoft Servers Operating Systems and Office Applications
