Job Description

Due to growth our client based in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join their team. Reporting to the Manager of Cloud & Infrastructure, you will be working in a friendly stable team and be accountable for the design, development and level 3 support and maintenance of the client's infrastructure and systems in the cloud and on premise, for a national client.
To apply for this position, you will need the following:

  • 3-5+ years in a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering position
  • Extensive experience and strong technical skills with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps
  • Experience in Cloud Technologies, Automation toolsets (eg, ansible, Terraform, ADO) ,System Administration (VMware, Microsoft Ecosystem, Networking)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Familiarity with Azure Landing Zone methodology
  • Experience using Bicep for infrastructure-as-code scripts
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance for Azure
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Leadership experience is preferred

    • We are offering a 12 months initial contract with extensions.
    Full Australian working rights will be needed and you need to be able to attend the office in Melbourne 3 days per week.
