Job Description:
1. Strong, proven, and up-to-date experience of 3DEXPERIENCE platform installation, implementation and deployment.
2. Knowledge on upgrades of customer environments to latest 3DEXPERIENCE Platform release.
3. Strong understanding of end-to-end product administration and configuration process in the PLM domain.
4. Expert knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE FCS service and its troubleshooting
5. Excellent knowledge on managing sites, syncing data and resolving issues related to FCS
6. Excellent knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Health monitoring tools
7. Strong understanding on traces activation for all services
8. Good understanding of network concepts
9. Strong problem-solving ability with a logical, methodical, and thorough approach.
10. Knowledge on Indexing configuration and parameters & trouble shootings and Knowledge on Database architecture is a must
11. Integration knowledge between applications
