Description GSPANN is hiring an Infrastructure Architect to design and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-prem environments. The role focuses on DevOps automation, virtualization (using VMware), and cloud-native architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.Manage DevOps operations for the cloud infrastructure platform using Agile methodologies to drive automation and scalability. Design, build, and deploy enterprise landing zones and cloud environments that meet performance and security standards. Develop and expand reusable code repositories using Bicep, AWS CloudFormation, and Terraform to standardize infrastructure as code. Build and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure seamless and reliable automation. Administer DevOps tools, including Atlassian, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Confluence, as well as manage user access. Provision and manage Platform as a Service (PaaS) components to support business-critical applications. Act as the primary contact for the infrastructure hosting program across on-premises and cloud environments. Oversee end-to-end service delivery across functional and technical domains, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead cross-functional teams in Backup, Storage, Database Administration, and Cloud Operations to ensure operational excellence. Monitor the incident lifecycle from detection to resolution, performing root cause analysis and driving proactive trend management. Govern the Change Request (CR) process by managing scoping, estimation, approvals, and implementation. Collaborate with network, access control, and security teams to optimize infrastructure and ensure compliance. Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), escalation protocols, and communication frameworks for critical incidents. Supervise Level 1 (L1), Level 2 (L2), and Level 3 (L3) support operations with effective onshore–offshore coordination to ensure 24x7 coverage. Implement Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices for incident, problem, change, and release management. Track and report service performance through KPI and SLA dashboards to drive continuous improvement. Conduct service review meetings with stakeholders to evaluate performance and ensure client satisfaction. Manage the change request pipeline, maintaining governance standards and delivering regular executive updates and reports. 14+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT). 6+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery management or architectural roles. Hold industry-recognized certifications, including Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate/Expert, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator/Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), and HPE SimpliVity Certification. Manage large-scale infrastructure support programs and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Design new infrastructure architectures for large, medium, and small-scale enterprise deployments. Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud-native solutions built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Deploy and manage cloud-based virtual machines (VMs) and Windows servers efficiently. Administer cloud storage and implement backup strategies for enterprise environments. Apply expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and architecture design. Perform cloud and virtualization administration to maintain performance, security, and scalability. Lead and coordinate infrastructure support programs to ensure operational excellence. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage escalations, and foster transparent collaboration across teams. Work seamlessly within hybrid onshore–offshore delivery models to enable global operations.
