Overview:
Our client's Infrastructure Automation team is seeking an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to support the maintenance, enhancement, and day‑to‑day operation of enterprise monitoring solutions. This contracted role centers on improving monitoring coverage, building automation to streamline operational tasks, and supporting hybrid environment integrations across the global technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration and configuration of SCOM management groups, agents, gateways, and management packs.
- Assist in building and tuning custom rules, monitors, alerts, discoveries, and dashboards.
- Monitor SCOM health, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure consistent performance across environments.
- Participate in routine SCOM maintenance, updates, and best‑practice adherence.
