  • Oversight of construction projects to ensure compliance with municipal regulations.
  • -Project management and site inspections, ensuring that all necessary permits have been obtained prior to commencing work on any project.
  • -Collaboration with stakeholders requiring strong communication skills for effective coordination between team members and clients throughout the life cycle of each project - including planning budgeting procurement execution close out monitoring reporting etc.
