Infrastructure Engineer – Level 1

Job Summary: The Infrastructure Engineer – Level 1 is responsible for providing first-line support for IT infrastructure systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security of enterprise environments. This role focuses on incident handling, basic troubleshooting, and escalation following ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 support for infrastructure components including servers, networks, storage, and end‑user systems.
  • Monitor infrastructure systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
  • Log, track, and update incidents and service requests using ticketing tools.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of Windows/Linux servers, network connectivity, and hardware issues.
  • Support user account management in Active Directory (password resets, unlocks, basic access)...
