Infrastructure Engineer – Backup Operations (Veeam Focus)

We are hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to support and operate our 24×7 managed services (MSP) backup and infrastructure environment across multiple clients in North America.

This role focuses on Veeam Backup & Replication operations , with supporting responsibilities in servers, virtualization, storage , and infrastructure troubleshooting . You will work closely with L1 Service Desk , peer engineers , and the Senior Infrastructure Architect .

You will serve as a technical escalation point for backup and restore operations, handle complex infrastructure incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure backup services meet SLA and reliability standards .

This is a hands-on, production-critical role operating in a 24×7 on-call rotation.
