Infrastructure Engineer

Description Job description: Serve as an escalation point with responsibility for servers, networks, security, and cloud platforms. · Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and file/print services. · Manage end user support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, OneDrive) and Azure Active Directory environments. · Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security compliance using tools such as Fortinet, Bitdefender, and other compliance related applications. · Research, evaluate, and recommend IT infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements. · Implement infrastructure upgrades, including patching, backups, and resource optimization. · Deploy and maintain services in Windows, virtualized, and containerized environments (VMware, Hyper-V). · Provide incident resolution, problem determination, and root-cause analysis. · Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution. · Document processe...
